I ran the task manually and the dbs loaded right up. I've looked at log.nsf and the task seems to be loading without error.

This server has not been modified for several years (I retired in 2017 and do part time contractor support remotely). I am 'the Notes guy' so there is no on-site app or server support after my retirement.

The load on the server also hasn't grown. We have about the same number of people using the server (typical login load is less than 150 users).

No apps added since 2016.
No changes to any apps also since late 2016 in preparation for my retirement.
No changes to the server config since at least 2016 and probably longer.
